Characteristics

Ruixintai PVA sponge brush has been widely used in the mature CMP process.Its high water permeability formulation increases the total water flow of the brush. Each product has undergone rigorous measurement and characterization analysis to ensure 100% consistency of all shipped products. We have implemented a new core design , which makes the brush size, water flow distribution, and self-cleaning ability of the brush better and more uniform. The cleanliness of each brush is quantified by the outflow liquid particle count (LPCs). All products are labeled with a two-dimensional code, which uniquely defines the characteristics of the brush (CoA data) to achieve traceability of each batch.
