Explanation

The semiconductor industry is an industry with high wafer cleanliness requirements which has tested a variety of PVA structural designs. After a large number of tests, we have been working to provide dedicated designs for multiple industries that want to customize their cleaning processes, being able to customize PVA sponge substrates according to customers' production process requirements, and specially designed PVA brushes of different shapes for a variety of applications. In addition to the semiconductor industry, there are other industries that follow the same design to achieve surface cleaning.
